Make your own mobile. Cut, color, mix & match the elements of your choice. Then hang them on the ends of your mobile and catch the light!

Without light, there is no visual art. The Lightlab lets you discover how light and shadows can themselves be used to make art. Inspired by the objects in the lab, you get to work and make your own mobile. Cut, color, mix & match the match the elements of your choice. Then hang them on the ends of your mobile and catch the light!
This is a walk-in workshop, registration is not required.
The installations in the LightLab were designed by the Taartrovers. They were inspired by the light and space in the rooms and the permanent collection of the Stedelijk Museum, and are composed of found materials.
