During the RABO Family day, families are our honorary guests in the Stedelijk Museum and can enjoy a festival in between world-famous artworks. All the workshops and activities have the theme Old & New because the new wing in the museum – called ‘De Badkuip’ by everyone – is turning 10 years old. We want to celebrate that together with you!

- The Rabo Family Day is free for all families with children. You don't have to be a Rabobank customer. Let us know when you're coming by making a reservation below.

- This event is sold out. However, on Saturday 24 September, entrance is also for free!
Program
Family Guided Tour
Find out what your daughter's favorite artwork is, which color your son thinks is the prettiest, and what you think about when you see a big blue artwork. During the Family Guided Tour, you will be able to experience the museum and artworks together and will get to know each other even better. All under the guidance of a tour guide.
Whatsapp scavenger hunt
Are you texting again? Yes, because with this Scavenger Hunt, each Sunday you will receive all the clues from the tour guide via Whatsapp.
The program of the RABO family is based on children aged 4 to 12.
Badkuipfeest
Come to the Badkuipfeest and don’t forget your rubber duck and bath cap. We will make sure there are bubbles and music.
Workshops
In the big entrance hall of the Stedelijk Museum, three different creative workshops will be organized. You can join these workshops at any time and make a collage such as the famous French artist Matisse, or make an artwork from waste materials from the museum or try to give your feelings a color or shape in a workshop about abstract art.
ART IN YOUR FACE! With the Blikopeners
Blikopeners are young people with a side job in the Stedelijk Museum. What they love to do the most? ART IN YOUR FACE! Literally making art on your face. Join us and let us paint your face as your favorite art work.
Photographer
Let a photographer capture your painted face, who will make a portrait of you and your family.
Lemonade bar
Need a little moment for yourself? You can come to our Lemonade bar for a nice cold drink to recuperate.
