From April 25, the Stedelijk Museum presents the exhibition 'Studio DRIFT: Coded Nature’. The work by the Dutch duo Lonneke Gordijn and Ralph Nauta – the founders of Studio Drift- occupies a unique place at the interface between tech art, performance, and biodesign. In addition to early designs, the exhibition features new, previously unseen work. Specially for the presentation at the Stedelijk, Studio Drift created the largest-ever installation of Fragile Future. Another highlight is Drifter, an enormous floating concrete monolith.
You’re welcome to join the festive opening of the exhibition on Tuesday evening April 24. The festive evening starts at 8.45 pm and goes on until 11 pm. You’re invited to visit the exhibition, have a drink and dance to the tunes of alumni Blikopener and dj LYZZA in the entrance hall of the museum.
• Please note it might get crowded during the opening. Although we will do our best to make sure everybody will be able to see ‘Studio Drift: Coded nature’ we can’t guarantee it on the night itself.
• Free admission on Tuesday evening April 24 from 8.45 pm
• No need to register
