The Stedelijk Museum is delighted to present a new series of Gallery Talks to accompany the exhibition Kazimir Malevich and the Russian Avant-Garde. The speakers of the Gallery Talks are renowned experts in the field of modern art, particularly the historical avant-garde.

Karina Bisch attended Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten, Amsterdam in 2005-2006 and lives and works in Paris. Recent solo projects include Kiosk, a public art commission, Lyon; Motley for Anglet Biennial, Anglet; Le Témoin, a theatrical essay at Teatro Valle Occupato with Nomas Foundation, Rome and Kaunas Biennial, Kaunas; La Moderne, Hilary Crisp gallery, London. Recent group exhibitions include De Puristes et de Fauves, Shanaynay, Paris; La Demeure Joyeuse II, Francesca Pia gallery, Zurich; Historia Mysteria, Renwick Gallery, New York.
