Jacqueline de Jong in Stedelijk Studies

The seventh issue of Stedelijk Studies, the English-language academic journal of the Stedelijk Museum, was published in late 2018. The issue’s theme is “Lose Yourself! On Labyrinthine Exhibitions as Curatorial Model.” Some of the articles deal with the work of Jacqueline de Jong, including Paula Burleigh’s essay on the magazine The Situationist Times and the article by Janna Schoenberger on Die Welt als Labyrinth, the canceled Situationist exhibition that would have occurred at the Stedelijk in 1960.
The exhibition Jacqueline de Jong – Pinball Wizard is supported by the Mondriaan Fund, which contributed to the artist’s wage through the Experimental Regulations.
